Ms Swati Aggarwal

Hi,
I am Swati Aggarwal,a Delhi based gold-medalist Nutritionist with a post- graduate degree in Foods and Nutrition from the prestigious Lady Irwin College ( Delhi University). I have more than a decade of experience working with top hospitals of Delhi.

I started my own private practice NutriBalance in 2015 with a mission to provide scientific, healthy & customised nutrition counselling for weight correction, lifestyle management and clinical conditions in an easy to understand & approachable way.

I strongly believe that a sustainable nutrition plan is the one which enables you to continue enjoying your life by learning how to balance your favourite foods with those that will nourish your body. Working with me is promoting healthy eating as a lifestyle change, rather than a timely restriction.

There is no one size fits all way to nutrition and wellness. I’m here to help you increase your energy, enhance your health, improve your relationship with food and learn how to incorporate nourishing and satisfying meals in a way that works for you and your lifestyle.
