Planning: A tailor-made diet is planned, keeping in mind food preferences, daily schedule, activity levels and food availability. Multiple healthy food options are provided for various meals which are high in nutrition and right in calories along with detailed recipes wherever required. Nutrition plans are complemented with lifestyle plans which include simple exercise tips and stress management techniques.
Monitoring and Evaluation: - Regular weight, meal and goal tracking is done personally by the nutritionist on each visit or through email/WhatsApp and a new revised plan is updated every week. -Direct connection with the nutritionist (1:1) via WhatsApp/Call/Email. -Meal planning tips during travel, outings, festivals and functions are provided whenever required.
Personal Support: the nutritionist is personally available for any queries or concerns to ensure good compliance with the diet.
